Version:           KMail 1.9.6 (enterprise 0.20070907.709405) (using KDE KDE 3.5.8)
Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages
OS:                Linux

Sending invitations to Outlook users via an Exchange server does not work with the enterprise branch of KMail as it did with the standard KDE 3.5.8 version.

Working setup:
 Using KDE 3.5.8 added onto kubuntu 7.04 - installed from the repository at
 http://kubuntu.org/packages/kde-358

Non-Working setup:
 Using KDE 3.5.8 as included in kubuntu 7.10 - which uses the kdepim "enterprise" branch.
 KMail 1.9.6 (enterprise 0.20070907.709405)

Can the functionality added by the following commits be added into the enterprise branch as well?
