Description Sergey Sedlovsky 2007-10-29 15:22:33 UTC
Version: 3.5.8 (using KDE KDE 3.5.8)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages
Compiler: gcc (GCC) 4.1.3 20070929 (prerelease) (Ubuntu 4.1.2-16ubuntu2)
OS: Linux

When trying to access the http://www.rpgdot.com website via Konqueror, there is garbage as if some ad is supposed to be there, but it's not the way it is supposed to be as firefox/opera/internet explorer render the website just fine.

This is what happens: http://img86.imageshack.us/img86/5343/snapshot1ou5.png

If you move the
element out of the residual element it will properly force the copyright element to bottom of the page.

The copyright element will still be huge though.

So possibly a parsing combined with layout issue.

Confirmed in Kubuntu 3.5.9 and 4.0.3.

Message from the Bugsquad and Konqueror teams:
This bug is closed as outdated, as we do not have the manpower to maintain the KDE3 version anymore.
If you still can reproduce this issue with Konqueror 4.8.4 or later, please open a new report.
Thank you for your understanding.
