Version:            (using KDE KDE 3.5.7)

Let's say you have address "to":
opensuse-factory+help@opensuse.org
you want to select "open" and paste "closed" instead.

The outcome should be:
closedsuse-factory+help@opensuse.org
but it is:
closede.org

Probably the same problem as in bug 122407 (or at least the same cause)

Nah, it's not :-) It is not about replacement was ignored (the other report), it was not -- it was overwritten!

The other report is a duplicate though.

I still think the root of the problem is the same.
I've tested this, and it works fine in trunk, therefore closing as FIXED. Howover, this doesn't work in enterprise branch, which is more evidence that it is the same as in bug 122407.
