Description Jonathan Jesse 2007-09-18 02:16:47 UTC
Version: 0.2 (using KDE KDE 3.5.7)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages
OS: Linux

Good evening,

I am working on compiling and building KDE 4 from source and created a new user (kde-devel following the techbase article) and when I sign in to start the download from svn as kde-devel, I get the not connected window in from knetworkmanager, but I do have a valid IP address.
When I right click on knetworkmanager, I see a message that says "No network devices found"
however if I sign in under the first user, I am able to change settings for knetworkmanager and see my network devices.

Currently while i"m submitting this bug report, I am getting the message "No Network devices found"

Please close this but as it has been resolved by an update from svn. Thanks
