Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.7)
Installed from: Fedora RPMs
OS: Linux

Hey,

First of all i hope this is the right place and component to report this bug. I used the search but couldn't find any relating bug.

A few days ago there was a discussion on the fedora-devel-list about the ShowOnlyIn=GNOME or ShowOnlyIn=KDE or whatever the value is. Some people (including me) find it strange that when you install a gnome application that the menu entry isn't shown in kde. So therefore i was hoping that a option in the menu configuration (or k control center) could be made to ignore the ShowOnlyIn directive. I am currently using Fedora 7 with KDE 3.5.7 and i would like to have this request in KDE 3.5.x but also in the upcoming KDE 4.x.x.

You can read the discussion about this subject here: https://www.redhat.com/archives/fedora-devel-list/2007-July/msg01103.html

Thanx,
Mark.
