Description Jörg Bretschneider 2007-07-13 15:26:34 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.5)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages
Compiler: cc (GCC) 4.1.2 20060928 (prerelease) (Ubuntu 4.1.1-13ubuntu5) Copyright (C) 2006 Free Software Foundation, Inc.
OS: Linux

If I try to change properties of a recurring event already defined before, korganizer crashes with a SIGSEGV Signal. I cannot say if this happens with all propoerties, but I tried to give an explicit end time, or tried to change the members of the event and KOrganize crashed repeatedly. Sometimes the crash takes place even if I just open the item.

This happened only with events which were marked as recurring, and where I was not marked to be the organizer at the creation of the event. The events were public.

I was able to remove those events, and to create them anew, but could not change an existing one.

Please provide a backtrace (see http://techbase.kde.org/Development/Tutorials/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports on how to proceed).

Please reopen whenever you can provide a backtrace and/or provide an ICS with the faulty entries. Without that information there's not much we can do.
