Version:           3.5.6 (using KDE 3.5.6, Gentoo)
Compiler:          gcc version 3.4.3-20050110 (Gentoo 3.4.3.20050110-r2, ssp-3.4.3.20050110-0, pie-8.7.7)
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.19-gentoo-r2

There is an option in the configuration dialog to set the default reminder time. Unfortunately it only gives a few options; it's not enough, I like my reminders to be an hour before, and there is no option for that. It should let the user set the exact time, not only give a few choices.

It's nice reading you. I guess I have some apologizing to do to all you kdepim guys and gals for disappearing on you like that... Say, when do you usually hang out on IRC nowadays? I'd love to let you lynch me over there someday soon ;)

As for the korganizer code, I guess I still have the hang of it, so why not. But, pray tell, we work in HEAD now, right? I haven't been exactly up to date on the developer schedule lately... I'd have to set up the whole KDE4 development environment. Sounds like a good excuse to do it now, better late than never.

It would be nice to get the exact same configurability as when editing specific events. That is, to be able to configure multiple reminders, repeating reminders, etc. (for example, to be reminded 7 days before an event, and then 3 days before, and then the day before).

nice. It would also be good to be able to create reminder presets, like groups of multiple reminders that can be re-used for different to-dos and events.
