Description Joe Mulloy 2007-05-09 05:37:00 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.6)
Installed from: Gentoo Packages
Compiler: gcc 4.1.1
OS: Linux

To reproduce go to wwe.com with Flash installed and working.

Workaround is to set user agent to Safari. It would seem that Safari has inherited this khtml bug as this makes the background green instead of white so the text can be read.

Uninstalled Flash and confirmed that there is a problem without Flash. The text disappears instead of be obfuscated by a white background.

Cannot reproduce the bug on konqueror 4 trunk.
Comment 4 Joe Mulloy 2008-04-21 00:33:12 UTC
I think the green background was a workaround by the wwe webmaster for Safari. I had the same thing on the Linux version of Firefox.

The reason you can't reproduce it is because the site has gone through a redesign since I posted the bug and they did a better job writing the code.

So at this point the bug could be closed?
Comment 6 Joe Mulloy 2009-12-18 05:04:48 UTC
Just noticed this thing is still open. At this point this bug is irrelevant so it should be closed. Thank you for your time.
