Hi there,

I think there should be more customizable context-menus for klipper (well i think in general that any menu in KDE should be editable in GUI like in office, but that's another topic). The problem i had with klipper is the following (well it's not really a problem, it's just "not handy"). You know, kicker is on the top-edge of my screen, so my "systray" is (it's actually on the top-left). Now imagine I want to clear klippers clipboard-contents or to activate/deactive actions (of course, i could use a shortcut for this, but think i'm laying in my bed lazily, my wireless keyboard far far away and just browsing a bit through KDE's bug reports ;-). Clipboard is full because of all the text i had selected before and know the "real" commands (not selecting a history-item) are on the BOTTOM of the menu... which means i have to move down the mouse to the bottom of the screen.

Solution: Divide context-menus. One which contains the history list (shows up on left-click and/or middle-click), one which only offers "real" commands (like quit-klipper, activate actions, etc.) (shows up on right-click). Ideally I as user can configure klipper like kdesktop which context-menu i want klipper to show on what kind of click.

I have my klipper in the lower right, but I still think this would be a good thing to do.

No idea if wishlist items need to be confirmed, but I will be bold & just do it. Please revert if that is wrong.
