Description 2007-04-16 18:57:33 UTC
Version: 3.5.6 (using KDE 3.5.6, compiled sources)
Compiler: Target: x86_64-mandriva-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.17-13mdv

when entering https://sine.ni.com/apps/utf8/niup.ni?ap=GB_ACADEMICEVALMULTISIM&lang=US&p_8=Y&tmp1=&tmp2=&tmp3=US

doesnt appear any "Continue" button in the end of the page, even if i put konqueror being identified as firefox, mozilla or internet explorer.

When running firefox all is correctly displayed.

Can anyone please set this as NEW so that someone fix this?

To help see the problem would be usefull to see this webpage in konqueror and firefox and just look to the bottom of the page when in konqueror doesnt appear a "Continue" button like appears when using firefox.

There is an error in web page input field, extra "-mark before SRC= entry.

With Konqui from KDE 3.5.9 and Konqui from KDE4 trunk, r798847, none of the continue buttons are displayed, neither the webpage's nor the testcase's button.

Firefox and Opera work.
Comment 5 mutlu inek 2008-07-27 19:34:52 UTC
This is still the case with the final 4.1 (from Arch's testing repo).
Comment 6 mutlu inek 2009-12-21 04:52:58 UTC
This is still the case with both KDE SC 4.3.4 and KDE SC 4.4 beta 2.
Comment 7 mutlu inek 2010-06-07 10:47:58 UTC
I re-tested with KDE SC 4.5 beta 2 (4.4.82). The buttons still do not appear,
while Firefox shows them.
Comment 8 Samuel Brack 2011-01-09 23:20:38 UTC
This is still confirmed in konqueror 4.5.4.
Comment 9 2011-01-11 04:38:18 UTC
Yes, continues confirmed in trunk svn revision 1213187.

However if using konqueror in webkit mode, the webpage shows corectly.

The problem is with the konqueror KHTML view mode, that is the default konq view mode...

Dear user,

KHTML (and KJS) was a long time more or less unmaintained and got removed in KF6.

Please migrate to use a QWebEngine based HTML component.

We will do no further fixes or improvements to the KF5 branches of these components beside important security fixes.

For security issues, please see:

https://kde.org/info/security/

Sorry that we did not fix this issue during the life-time of KHTML.

Greetings
Christoph Cullmann
