The image does not vanish any more with Konqui from 3.5.9, nor with Konqui from KDE4 trunk, r798847. However, now the image is shown twice with the text "aaa" inserted in between both images. I just checked again with the final 4.1. The behavior is just like I described in my previous posting. However, looking at the html file again, I have come to realize that this must be the intended behavior. I am not sure why I thought it was still rendering wrong. In short: I believe this bug has been resolved. Nikolaus, can you confirm this? Using Konqueror in KDE 3.5.9 (OpenSUSE 11.0 x86_64), bug not resolved for me.. I guess I have to wait for the 4.1 final release to test this bug. (BTW: yes, the image should appear twice) Just tested it with Konqui in 4.1 (OpenSUSE 11.0, KDE 4.1 via KDE:/KDE4:/Factory:/Desktop). Bug not resolved. Huh? Weird. I can see the images. Could someone else test this, please? I tested again with KDE SC 4.3.4 and KDE SC 4.4 beta 2. The images are shown just fine. Furthermore the "aaa" I was wondering about previously is actually in the xhtml file. Please close this bug report. I has been fixed long ago. I re-tested this. It works perfectly in 4.4.82 (KDE SC 4.5 beta2), too. Please close. CLosing this report due to the comments above. |
