Description Alan Ezust 2007-04-04 19:04:12 UTC
Version: 1.9.5 (using KDE 3.5.5, Debian Package 4:3.5.5a.dfsg.1-5 (4.0))
Compiler: Target: i486-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.16.29-promisc

I am viewing an HTML message inside KMail. It contains a SVN diff, which is preformatted text.

Some of these lines are too wide for my screen . I can't see the text because there is no horizontal scrollbar.

I found the scrollbar - it's in the e-mail itself, as an embedded frame, which means I can scroll DOWN to the bottom of the html message and then I can find/use the horiz scrollbar and scroll RIGHT to see the right edge of the bottom screen of an HTML message, but then to see the right edge of the content a few screens above, I have to scroll up again.

It would be nice if the scrollbar was always visible when viewing an HTML message.

Tested in KDE 4.3. Works for me
