Description Olivier Vitrat 2007-03-09 23:50:18 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.6)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages

This has been reported in Debian BTS at http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=394073

The Password and User Account module of Kcontrol has the ability to
select a user image, but no button exists to reset/remove the current
image for the user (it has to be done manually by deleting the file
$HOME/.face.icon ).

A "Clear" button to reset the image to a blank (and remove
$HOME/.face.icon) would be a good idea IMHO.

Hello! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this project has been unmaintained for many years so I am closing this bug. Kcontrol has been replaced by System Settings in Plasma. Please give the latest version of that a try, and open a new bug in "systemsettings" if you continue to have an issue. Thank you!
