Sorry if this is redundant.

I've been trying to decide between various torrent clients, and have settled on Ktorrent as the best for my uses.  I LOVE the low memory usage, quite nice!

In my own personal use, I have found the following shortcoming: While global upload/download speed caps exist, they do not exist for each individual torrent.

I would like to be able to set a cap of upload and download speed on each individual torrent as well as globally.  Thanks again for making such a great program!

I'm merging this with 136019 (it suggests only about uploading, but will add a comment about downloading speeds).
