This was perhaps a little terse, what it means is that
the bug was fixed with commit number 627460 in the KDE

Thanks for the additional explanation.  (It was a bit terse -- I was scratching my head over it for a bit) ... I grabbed the latest daily build of kdesdk and it seemed to solve the problem.
