I have tried adding RSS feed using feed icon in Konqueror and the button shows English text. Also feed in Akregator has been added in folder "Imported Feeds" instead of "Zaimportowane kanały" (translated name). The translation is for sure there:
/usr/share/locale/pl/LC_MESSAGES/akregator_konqplugin.mo
/usr/share/locale-langpack/pl/LC_MESSAGES/akregator_konqplugin.mo

Are you sure you checked for the right translation file?
The feed icon is in konqfeedicon, not konqplugin.

What do you mean by konqfeedicon? There is no such .mo file.
The exact source files where this string is used:

Right, there is only akregator_konqplugin.po, but the insertCatalogue() in konqfeedicon.cpp should work around that. Apparently it does not for you...
