Version:            (using KDE KDE 3.5.5)
Installed from:    SuSE RPMs

It is pretty common that "apply" button gets disabled after clicking on it. However KMail does not do that.

Still true in KDE 4.3

Still in KMail Kubuntu 10.10 with Version 1.13.5 and KDE 4.6.2

Works now using KMail2 version 2.0.97 (from kdepim 4.6.0) with branch 4.6.3 compiled from sources, pleas update and try again.
