This report is a duplicate of BR 97286, please close it and reopen the original (I can't do it myself, since I'm not the original reporter).

As noted by the last comments to the original bug report, the problem is still there when minimizing and maximizing from the system tray. The "What's This" button in both KMail and KOrganizer will drift rightwards pushing everything to its right along with it until it even falls out of the screen.

I can see this with KDE 3.5.4 on FreeBSD 6.1, and during last year I've also noticed it on SUSE 10.0 and Kubuntu Dapper.
