Or is it "stalled" in english? It does not show the rest of time.

I was scared that you were still waiting for :-)
Anyway, I cannot reproduce on recent version of KDE.

Instead dolphin (on KDE 4) doesn't show the "remaining time" at all...

@Peter: is this a wanted behaviour?

No, this is not a wanted behavior but this is outside the scope of Dolphin: the progress dialog is inside kdelibs. Whether a remaining time is shown or not depends on the used protocol I guess... Which protocol did you use?
