Hello all,
I use a HP Laserjet 2200DN and would like to see Duplex printing supported in KOffice. I am actually not using KWord, but I do use Kivio and Krita which are in the KOffice package aswell.
The KDE (Control Panel Printing Interface) offers the option to set the Duplex unit to Installed/Not Available. However I am unable to find an option for duplex printing anywhere in those 2 KOffice applications (it is available in Scribus and OpenOffice) so I assume this is a KOffice only feature that is missing.

Unless there's something I don't understand, KOffice applications use the standard KDE printing dialog (also available standalone as the command "kprinter").

Once you hit File/Print menu item in your KOffice application, the printing dialog pops up. The printer can be selected in the topmost combobox. Next to this combobox there is a "Properties" button. Clicking on it, a configuration dialog is popped up in which, in the first page opened (titled "General" there is a "Duplex" section which lets you select no, long-side and short-side duplex.

I close this report. If you find something else, open it back.
