... More accurate description, IMHO. the drop-down menus do not disappear when I move the cursor away. Created attachment 24510 [details]
Test case
I can confirm this in 3.5.8 and SVN trunk rev. 801048. When hovering over the menu bar, a menu drops down. It is expected to disappear as soon as the mouse is no longer over the menu, but this does not happen in Konqueror (it does in Firefox 2.0.0.13). The menu does disappear if you switch to another tab/desktop and back. I tried to reduce the page as much as possible, it seems I can't remove anything else without removing the buggy behaviour. Confirmed in KDE 4.11 using testcase at comment #3 Dear user, KHTML (and KJS) was a long time more or less unmaintained and got removed in KF6. Please migrate to use a QWebEngine based HTML component. We will do no further fixes or improvements to the KF5 branches of these components beside important security fixes. For security issues, please see: https://kde.org/info/security/ Sorry that we did not fix this issue during the life-time of KHTML. Greetings Christoph Cullmann |
