Description Gyuri Frivolt 2006-09-13 10:18:52 UTC
Version: 1.9.4 (using KDE 3.5.4, Kubuntu Package 4:3.5.4-0ubuntu2~dapper1 )
Compiler: Target: i486-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.15-26-686

I have contacts with always sign and always encrypt set. During the composition the encrypt checkbox is pushed, but the signed is not. When sending the email a dialog box appears about the email being encrypted, this is fine. The message is sent signed, what is also fine. My problem is that the signed checkbox is not pushed during the composition although the message is going to be signed.

Same here.
Comment 2 Jaime Torres 2008-09-17 20:06:47 UTC
neither the sign nor the encrypt buttons are "pressed" when the destination has an always sign and crypt option in the addressbook. checked in kmail 1.10.1.

Thank you for taking the time to file a bug report.

KMail2 was released in 2011, and the entire code base went through significant changes. We are currently in the process of porting to Qt5 and KF5. It is unlikely that these bugs are still valid in KMail2.

We welcome you to try out KMail 2 with the KDE 4.14 release and give your feedback.
