Version:            (using KDE KDE 3.5.4)
Installed from:    Debian testing/unstable Packages
OS:                Linux

I've a size-fixed scrollable div and a large text.
The problem is, that the text in the div, 
that is not visible can be selected with the mouse 
below the div.
You can test it at:
http://www.windberglauf.de?content=fazit
and try to click on "Anfahrt".
It's impossible.
But if you have a shorter text like
http://www.windberglauf.de/?content=bild
it works fine.

Confirmed for KDE 3.5.4.

Please do not link to external sources, but attach testcases in the bug report itself. Since I get PHP errors when opening your first link and thus I'm unable to see the problem.
