Description Kamaraju Kusumanchi 2006-08-23 23:54:19 UTC
Version: 3.5.3 (using KDE 3.5.4, Debian Package 4:3.5.4-3 (testing/unstable))
Compiler: Target: i486-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.16-2-686

Say I have five events entered into korganizer on Aug 25, 2006 as follows

12:30 pm Event1
7:30 pm Event2
1:15 pm Event3
10:10 am Event4
9:05 am Event5

When I do
File -> Print -> Print week -> Print as Foilfax page -> Print -> Print to File (PDF) -> Print

These events in the pdf output should appear as

9:05 am Event5
10:10 am Event4
12:30 pm Event1
1:15 pm Event3
7:30 pm Event2

That is the pdf output should sort the entries in a chronological order instead of sorting them in the "data entry order". This would be very useful if one wants to take a quick look at his/her weekly schedule.

thanks
raju

Reassigning all KOrganizer bug reports and wishes to the newly created
korganizer-devel mailing list.

Wrong events order is a bug, IMHO. Please change the severety setting from "wish" to "bug".

The same thing occurs when printing the month. Each day is scrambled according to ??. It is much more useful if all day events precede the ones with specified times and if those are in order. I might also suggest printing PM events in the lower half of the days block.
