I think it would be a good idea to show DCC chat connections in the DCC status window, since it involves the DCC protocol and it would give a good overview of who you're connected via DCC chat.

This would give the user a clear answer about if the DCC connection is closed after he closes the message window (currently there is no way to know, besides asking the user you had the DCC chat session with).

I don't think this is really needed, beside from the overview point. All dcc chats are in the treeview/tablist and if you close them there, they are guaranteed to be closed. So there is no magic "still open in the background".
