Summary:	The Kwallet manager doesn't work and I have no access to kwallet at all. The icon is also gone from my panel. This worked before I upgraded to 3.5.4

If you go to the Wallet management tool under settings and click on it, nothing happens.I cannot access kwallet at all. This was working under version 3.5.3. If I log out and login as root I can set up Kwallet there.
