In the KDE control panel i activated the setting that every button should carry a label saying what it does (In the german version of KDE this is in kcontrol --> Erscheinungsbild --> Stil  --> Werkzeugleiste, so in english it should be something like kcontrol --> Appearance --> Style --> Toolbars). This works fine in every KDE app, like kmail or kopete, but not in Konqueror. I restarted KDE and my X.org, but it just doesn't work.
