Description Thomas Zander 2006-07-08 23:36:59 UTC
Version: 1.5.9 (using KDE 3.5.3, compiled sources)
Compiler: Target: x86_64-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.13.2

Exporting a jpeg file and choosing the best quality is pretty hard to do correctly, weighing the perfect balance between quality and filesize.

I really want to have the following two items in the export, I guess they should be optional and only visible after a checkbox is clicked.
1) A label with the filesize of the file should it be exported with the current settings.
2) A window with a reasonably big version of the image showing what it would be like if it were exported and imported. This is important since stronger compression means lower quality and I want to visually see that result.
