It would be nice to have smaller channel buttons. A lot of space is befor and behind the channel name. That require a option to define the space befor/behind the channel name and the size of the font.

x-chat can show more channels with the same space (it had a option for smaller and bigger channel buttons)

The current SVN version of Konversation has an option to change the font size of the tab labels.
