Version:           1.4-beta3 (using KDE KDE 3.5.2)
Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages

It would be nice if amarok would not show the splashscreen during kde startup. 
The splash overlaps the kde splash and is not relevant at that time.

The splash screen does not start during a session restore - this is a bug in the k/ubunutu packages.
