Name with ampersand appears with underscore in menus

When you add servers under a name with an ampersand, e.g. "Server1 & Server2", it results in all of Konversation's menus showing "Server1 _Server2" instead of the expected "Server1 & Server2".

Fixed in svn trunk... will be in 0.20
