A real cancel button should be interesting. The action done is to rename images as thay are before Rename images was started

Are you talking about Batch Rename image kipi plugin, available into Tools menu entrie ?

Comment 2 Jérôme Martin 2006-04-06 13:44:50 UTC
Yes it is. French menu is Outils/Traitement par lots/Rename Image
Comment 3 caulier.gilles 2006-04-06 13:49:41 UTC
Outils/Traitement par lots... Mais oui, mais c'est bien sur kipi (:=)))...

OK, i move this file in kipi area. This is a plugin, not digiKam itself.

Cancel interrupts the process. IMO that means it stops as it is in that moment.
Try to think to a script that renames some files if you use ctrl-c you'll have
some renamed files and some not. So I move moved it as a wish I believe it's
not a bug but a possible feature.

Jérome,

It still valid using kipi-plugins 0.1.6 ?

So this is about some undo button? "Cancel" might be the wrong term here.
Comment 7 Pau Garcia i Quiles 2010-11-10 22:45:11 UTC
Jerôme, I can't really grasp what you want: have an undo button?
rename cancel to close? If the latter, it's done in r1194777 and will be in for KDE 4.6

BatchProcessImage is not maintained since a while and is obsolete now. It will
be removed with 5.0.0.

Use digiKam BQM instead...
