Description Thomas Schildknecht 2006-02-17 18:18:44 UTC
Version: 1.2.1 (using KDE 3.5.1, Kubuntu Package 4:3.5.1-0ubuntu0breezy1 )
Compiler: Target: i486-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.12-10-386

akregator should have a "close all others tabs" command (a toolbar button or an entry in the contextual menu of a tab)
Comment 1 Teemu Rytilahti 2006-03-29 03:37:59 UTC
Hmm, perhaps we could add this as a shortcut (and thus it'd be possible to add it into a toolbar), but I don't think we should include this one to tab's menu. Nor show it in toolbar as default...

I vote for the context menu. See konqueror's
Comment 3 Thomas Schildknecht 2006-03-30 02:13:49 UTC
Maybe we need more something like "Close all tabs (except the "articles" tab). I often open a lot of tabs and let them load while I check all the others news and it's not very convenient to close them one after one

In this case, an entry in the context menu don't make much sense, but a toolbar button (a default one or not) seems to be just fine

I think it should work just like konqueror's context menu "Close all other tabs" works.
