Kile seems to accept drags of tex files from konqueror windows, but when dropped, nothing happens?!

How to reproduce:
 * open kile and (e.g.) konqueror
 * drag any tex file from konqueror to kile
 * drop
 * nothing happens

Expected behaviour:
 * open the file
