I think that using the nick-color in actions makes /me actions to similar to normal channel messages (the away-color is just not enough to distinguish them...), specially since konversation don't use a x-chat like indentation. IMHO the nick-color used in /me messages takes away a lot of the feeling that actions give. To me the current behavior seems a bit like using the nick color everytime it compares somewhere in a message. It's the same reason (or I think it is) the nicks aren't colored in join/part messages.
That is why I think it would be nice if there was an option to disable the "nick-color" in action messages.

We don't believe this option would be justified by its utility to most of our users, sorry.
