This simple patch adds some significant and interesting new functionality: a way to use KDirLister to receive listings of URLs.  it could be used to create something similar to the file viewing functionality of Konqueror.

file preview added

i lied about adding new functionality - although it is _just_ new
functionality, there's no changes to the dirlister api.

this is to create a file preview widget.  including move and resize.
it's not integrated into the meter system or anything
because it's not suitable for that.
if you want to hide a file preview, delete the file preview widget!!

p.s. examples moved to the examples directory,
i wodked out that it's okay to do svn add on even
an anonymous svn checkout.
