I had the same problem with my Kodak v550. It has been fixed, see this bug report: http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=109277 There is a Suse rpm with the fix applied so update your libgphoto2 version. This problem is caused by files on the camera which have no EXIF data. They can be removed, see this: http://forums.dpreview.com/forums/read.asp?forum=1011&message=16395845 (If you leave them on the camera they will be appear in your albums every time you do a download). *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 109277 *** Thank you, Ted.
