When you start konsole it tries to load the desktop background pixmap. If you just started a new KDE session then the background isn't exported immediately on startup - it seems to be done on-deman. Instead of waiting for the background to be exported and then setting transparent mode konsole just gives up and sets a plain background. kdesktop or konsole bug ? :) Rik Believed to be fixed for KDE 2.2.1 Cheers Waldo -- KDE 2.2: We deliver. |
