Version:           0.8.0 (using KDE KDE 3.4.3)

I want digikam to be able that I can pull one image onto another with the mouse, then it would question me if I want to set the tags which one of them has also for the other image.

When you do that, the picture should move to that location. This would be part of the custom order feature. The feature you describe would not be very intuitive...
