Sounds like you should report this to Red Hat. yes, this is certainly not a bug in the sources we ship =/ Why does it go to Redhat ? Everything worked before the KDE3.5 upgrade ? You guys shipped KDE3.5, right ? There needs to be a doc that explains what goes to Redhat and what goes to KDE. I've had this "it needs to go to Redhat" several times in the past. See Bug 17548: System settings missing from menu/can't edit Kmenu at bugzilla.redhat.com kim: yes, we released 3.5. and then Red Hat (and many others =) took that release (as they do with all releases) and made modifications and then packaged it up into binaries and sets of data that get installed onto your system. if during the process of patching or packaging, the vendor introduces bugs there is not much we can do to fix it as we don't control those actions.
