Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.0)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

Just started to use xinerama. The setup I use is as follows:

first screen is the lcd of the laptip at 1024 x 768. Second screen is an external lcd with 1600 x 1200. The second screen is shown to the left of the first screen. The main panel is shown on the first screen only. The second screen shows an additional panel (type: panel).

Now:
If i maximize an application the panel uses the full size of the screen, i. e. the lower centimeter or so is underneath (!) the panel. The option to "allow windows to cover" is turned of in kcontrol.

What I would expect is that upon maximize the window covers the complete screen except (!) the area of the panel. This makes working in full-screen a nuisance because status bars etc. are completely hidden.
