Version: 0.10.2 (using KDE KDE 3.4.1)
Installed from: Gentoo Packages
OS: Linux

Add a notification which is triggered upon recieving a new message, that leads to the opening of a new chatwindow.

In other words, I would like to be able to hear a sound, when somebody writes to me and I am not sitting at my computer. But I do NOT want to hear a sound everytime I recieve a new line in an already open conversation.

(This feature is implemented as I drsecribe it in Gaim)

In fact this could also be a bug, since the taskbar notification works excactly like I want it to in the "An incoming message has been recieved" event. But the sound is played everytime a message is recieved. Should these differ?? In that case I will suggest to split them into two different notification events.

For me, this looks like a duplicate of Bug 86898.
Feel free to re-open if it is not.
