All protocols? Yes, all protocols I have (Jabber and MSN). If i understand you correctly, if you change your state from Online to Away, all contacts appear and then disappear. If this is correct, you'll need to get updated packages for KDE 3.5 RC 1 and see if the bug is still present there, and if it is, please let us know and we'll continue investigating I updated to RC1 packages and the problem is still there. *** Bug 116447 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Confirming this problem on kopete 0.11 kde 3.5 rc1. I have the binary kubuntu version of kde 3.5 rc1. This bug did not occur in beta 1. can somebody w/o an (k)ubuntu package reproduce this? I strongly suspect that this is (k)ubuntu specific > ------- Additional Comments From mattr kde org 2005-11-20 06:57 -------

I've never seen anything like that. works fine in gentoo (svn version).

This is indeed a kubuntu specific bug, as I had it as well during the development of 0.11 but it went away after switching distributions. Please submit a bug to the kubuntu people so that they can fix it. Thanks for your report. :) |
