Version: (using KDE KDE 3.4.2)
Installed from: Gentoo Packages

I don't want articles to expire but I don't want to see all of them either.

So my idea is to have a way to limit the displayed amount to X many.
I would like to have this be accessable without going to the config all the time.

Basically, You want to be able to set status to 'latest x articles'?

I think where I was going with this when I reported it was when I had my display in "Combined" view mode. things were taking way too long to load. So I only wanted a few to be displayed initially with more as I read them. But that can be achieved with other ways such as only loading the ones the user can see 1st, and a few just below and above where they can see, passively loading the others after.
Otherwise I really don't remember what I wanted. can probably close this bug.
