Version:           3.5 beta1 (using KDE KDE 3.4.90)
Installed from:    Gentoo Packages

reproduce:
1. add a remote resource which does not exist, so you get an error on downloading
2. set scheduled update to 1minute
3. remove that resource
4. wait one minute
5. you will get the error shown at point 1 again

conclusion: a removed scheduled resource does not get removed from the download/update schedule.

Shouldn't happen with akonadi.
