Component Chooser -> Web Browser
Select Firefox from file list
"Mozillafirefox-gnome" entered as "default component"

Selecting URL inside kmail (default email component) results in 1 successful propagation of firefox and 2nd is stalled, then quits.

Work-around:

Component Chooser -> Web Browser
Enter/type "Firefox" as "default component"

kmail then propagates only 1 successful instance of firefox when selecting URL

Anyway I cannot reproduce it because my firefox binary is named "firefox" and not "mozillafirefox-gnome".
