When an artist doesn't exists in Wikipedia English, Amarok should also suggest to search in other languages. For instance, "Jean Ferrat" has no article in English but a pretty nice in French (Ferrat is a French singer). I know that bug #104383 suggest to take the locale settings into account, but this wish only apply for not found entries.
