I would like to be able to create emails that have the plain-text attachments inline (actually, append at the end of the email) and not separate as multipart. Useful when trying to submit a patch (diff), and you simply can't use copy-paste because of wrapping etc (many people won't accept multipart)

This is possible via the menu option Message->Insert File...
