Description Dan Berger 2005-08-10 07:25:59 UTC
Version: 0.19 #3025 (using KDE KDE 3.4.0)
Installed from: Compiled From Sources
Compiler: gcc 3.3.5
OS: Linux

It would be nice if there was the option to detach any of Konversation's tabs so that it would become a window of its own.

I have added an attachment to show X-Chat's feature that does this.

FWIW the reason I'd like to have this ability is that I've got to account for time spent on IRC as part of my work on various projects so... having the ability to use dedicated windows for each channel on specific virtual desktops assigned to projects allows me to use Kontact Time Tracker and have it trigger when I'm on a specific desktop and keep track of time spent on that project's affairs.
