Version:           SVN 3.5 branch (using KDE Devel)
Installed from:    Compiled sources
Compiler:          GCC 4.0.1 i686

If I quickly click on the Set Tags toolbar button nothing happens and the menu doesn't show up. I have to hold the left mouse button for a longer time to make the menu show up. The menu should show up even if the click on the button is short.

Yeah, this is a known problem. Confirmed for current SVN version.

The tags functionality wasn't finished for KDE-PIM 3.5 and thus disabled. The whole concept and UI needs more work and a complete revision anyway, so I close bugs related to tagging for now.
